There are several ways to Qualify an investor on your token, via CSV, API but in this article we will detail the process of qualifying via the dedicated portal.
This is one of our modules in addition to the Servicing and Investor portal. It allows for a streamlined process to collect all of the information you require for investors to remain compliant on your token.

The user is required to simply visit the portal that we set up at a custom URL of your choosing and Create an account.
Information is saved to the user account so each section is saved and can be resumed at any time. There are six sections that need to be completed on the qualification portal;
Agreements
These are set initially with your Customer Success Manager and consist of a collection of articles along with tick boxes.
Main information
Basic information , relating to the investor is entered here address, location, citizenship etc. In addition custom information placed here and linked to the investor profile.( i.e. Accredited investor status, Investment Experience).

Wallet address
Here they can either copy and paste your Wallet address or use our Wallet Connect feature to connect the wallet they wish to use to use on the platform and invest with.
Upload documents
As the Issuer , you can set custom documents that you require from the investor. By default this will be proof of address, Identity documents , either a passport or ID card. However , it can be edited to allow for Custom documentation that you as the Issuer specify much like the conditions set in Main Information.
Submit your information

Identity Verification
Depending on your preferences regarding KYC this will move the investor to a third-party service i.e. Onfido in order to verify their identity. The methods should be verified directly with the KYC provider. and account manager.
Upon submitting all of this information , an OnchainID will be created for the user and via various operations on the blockchain their address will be whitelisted on the token.
